At Ankhway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Ankhway account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hygiene seals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
